Delicious Keema-Stuffed Naan Recipe

Medium Tomato

Ginger-Garlic Paste

All-purpose flour

Green Chilli


Red Chili Powder

Turmeric Powder


Mix flour, a pinch of salt, dissolved yeast, yogurt, and 1 tsp oil in a bowl. Add half a beaten egg, then gradually mix in 1 cup of water and 1/2 tsp oil. Cover and let the dough rise for an hour.

Step 1

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add onions, fry 1 min. Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, fry 1 min more. Add tomato cubes, cook until soft.

Step 2

 Add minced beef, and fry till it changes color. Add spices, mix, and cook for a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, and simmer till dry. Remove from heat.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 2 portions, grease with oil, and shape into rounds.

Step 4

Fill with keema filling, flatten, and shape like parathas. Cook in a pan with butter until golden on both sides, flipping as needed.

Step 5
