Slowly add water, stirring to achieve a thick, slightly sticky batter. Maintain consistency for perfect, crunchy pakoras.
– Heat oil in pan. Carefully drop chicken pakora batter into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
– Fry until golden brown, ensuring they are cooked through. Turn them over occasionally while frying..
once pakoras color start to change to golden brown its time to take them out.make sure they get cooked from inside as well
Remove crispy pakoras from oil using slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
– Finally, serve the pakoras with a chutney of your choice like chilli garlic or imli , and enjoy!
